YARD SIGN DESIGN OPTIONS: 
1) Personalized Yard Sign with "Child's Name"  (first name only recommended) 
2) General Yard Sign with "PES 5th Grade Graduate" 

COST:
- $20 Per Sign (personalized or generic)
- Proceeds will be used to purchase signs & help offset expenses for the end of year 5th grade activities.

TIMING:
- Monday, April 22nd :  All orders must be received.  Late orders will not be accepted.
- Week of May 6th:  Sign pick-up at PES during morning drop off.  Details to follow!
