5th Grade Love Lines

·  PES 5th Grade Yearbook Love Lines are $20 per message.  Proceeds go towards the 5th Grade Promotion activities/events.

·  All payments are due Thursday, February 15th.

·  If ordering more than 1 Love Lines message, please pay $20 for each message.  Additional cards will be sent home with your child.  If you do not receive the additional cards within 2 days of ordering, please email pes.grade5promotion@gmail.com

·  Complete the attached business card from the flyer.  On the blank side of the business card will be your Love Lines message.  

Guidelines:

•  Message can be handwritten or typed.  Photos can be included.  The whole message needs to fit on the card. Do not make it any bigger - it will be cropped if larger than business card size. Make sure to include your child’s name so they can identify which one is theirs 😊
• Photos and text can be in color, just keep in mind darker colors will scan/print better.
• Messages WILL NOT BE PROOFREAD.  Review carefully before sending in.  All messages will be printed as is.  

·  All cards must be completed & returned to your child’s teacher by Wednesday, February 21st.
